Tennis tips today – Matches today from 02.05.
Slowly but surely, excitement is building in the Spanish capital! The last matches in the quarter-finals of the Madrid Masters will take place on Thursday, and the line-up couldn’t be more prominent.
The man of the year, Jannik Sinner, is taking part and indeed: a top man who doesn’t really like the red clay! Sinner and Medvedev have one thing in common: they are clearly favored in their matches
The women’s tournament is already a small step further, with a semi-final coming up in our tennis tips today. One in which the world number one is competing and, of course, is also the favorite.

The fact that Jannik Sinner would play his way into the quarter-finals in Madrid was exactly what everyone had expected. Currently the most consistent player on the tour, he will face Felix Auger-Aliassime on Thursday, with hardly anyone expecting him to lose.
For Daniil Medvedev, a quarter-final on clay is anything but a matter of course, as he doesn’t really like the slow surface. But now he has the chance to advance to the top four with a win over Jiri Lehecka.
Iga Swiatek has not had the easiest of years, her results have only been partially satisfactory. Now she seems to have regained her composure a little, but will need a win against Madison Keys

It’s now relatively easy to follow all the rallies in Madrid – the matches are getting fewer and fewer. And yet you can still rely on Sky to offer you the all-round carefree package again this Thursday.
Tennis tips today 02.05.: Jannik Sinner – Felix Auger-Aliassime
Jannik Sinner has only suffered two defeats this year, there is no one better at the moment! He is collecting titles like no other, and of course he wants to add another one in Madrid. So far, he has beaten Lorenzo Sonego, Pavel Kotov and Karen Khachanov here, where Sinner dropped his only set.
Felix Auger-Aliassime appears on the other side. His string of victories came as something of a surprise, with no-one expecting his smooth win over Casper Ruud in particular. The Canadian also celebrated victories against Yoshihito Nishioka, Adrian Mannarino and Jakub Mensik.

Tennis betting today 02.05.: Daniil Medvedev – Jiri Lehecka (20:00)
Daniil Medvedev is definitely not a clay lover, and yet he has made it to the quarter-finals. Matteo Arnaldi, Sebastian Korda and Alexander Bublik all lost to the Russian, who has already dropped two sets.
Jiri Lehecka is on his way to the top of the world rankings, and not just because he knocked Rafael Nadal out of the way in the round of 16. He previously beat Thiago Monteiro and Hamad Mededovic, and there is not a lost set to be seen here. What do the odds say? Medvedev is in front with 1.50 to 2.50.

Tennis betting today 02.05.: Iga Swiatek – Madison Keys (16:00)
Won two titles, but still somehow not quite satisfied – Iga Swiatek has big plans in Madrid. The Pole has beaten Wang Xiyu, Sorana Cirstea, Sara Sorribes Tormo and Beatriz Haddad Maia, with one set slipping through her fingers.
Madison Keys also played her way into the semi-finals, but had a little more trouble. Irina Begu, Lyudmila Samsunova, Coco Gauff and Ons Jabeur all had to go through, with the most recent two victories in particular being somewhat surprising. Twice three sets, three tiebreaks – their matches were certainly not boring.
